Led work for the annual summit meeting, various brand development initiatives, and asset design for all teams within the organization. I also led efforts to rethink workflow, communication, and file archiving methods for advertising, design, marketing, and sales staff, in order to nurture empathy and better organization among teams. As well as training new staff as they joined our team.
